§ 202.03. PROVISIONS AS CONTINUATIONS OF EXISTING ORDINANCES.

The provisions appearing in this and the following chapters and sections, so far as they are the same as those of ordinances existing at the time of the adoption of these Codified Ordinances, shall be considered as continuations thereof and not as new enactments.
