§ 208.01. APPLICABILITY OF STATE LAW.

General and special Municipal elections in the City with respect to the appointment, duties, compensation and filling of vacancies in the roster of judges and clerks of elections; counting and receiving boards; ballot box; canvass of votes; abstract of vote; certificates of election; tenure of office; tie votes; submission of special questions; and all other election details shall be governed and controlled by statutes applicable to elections in cities of the first class and by relevant general State statutes, as now existing or as hereafter amended, pertaining to general election law of the State.
