§ 202.95. MASTER FEE SCHEDULE.

(a) Whenever a fee is authorized to be collected by the City of Sidney or its representative or designee in these Codified Ordinances or in any other ordinance of the City or in any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder, such fee shall be as set out in the Master Fee Schedule of the City of Sidney. Such Master Fee Schedule of the City of Sidney may be changed from time to time as authorized by state and city laws and passed by the City Council.
(b) A copy of the Master Fee Schedule of the City of Sidney shall be kept current and available for inspection by the public during normal business hours in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the City of Sidney.
